Please note that none of the following is guaranteed, but it represents the standard we strive to meet.

We try very hard to fulfill orders the same day they're placed. The cutoff is 6:30 pm Eastern S-Th,  depending on order volume.

We offer FREE local delivery to the Cleveland-beachwood-UH-shaker heights- South Euclid Orders are delivered within 1-3 days.

When an item(s) in your order is unavailable, we use our best discretion to decide whether to ship the remainder, cancel the order, reach out to you, and wait to hear back.

As a valued customer, please note that return shipping is your responsibility. You can conveniently drop off returns 24/7 at the Suiterie. Upon your request for a return, we will promptly provide you with the necessary information on where and how to return the item. If a delivered item is returned, there is a $5 shipping fee. Should you prefer a prepaid label, we can email one to you and deduct the cost from your refund. The deducted amount for the return label will be $5 or the actual label cost, whichever is greater.
