Shipping Policy

The shipping and delivery timeframes below are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day.

Orders placed before 6:30 PM (ET), Sunday through Thursday, will begin processing that business day. Orders placed after 6:30 PM, or on Fridays, Saturdays, or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Local Delivery

We offer FREE local delivery within a 6-mile radius of The Suiterie. Local deliveries typically arrive within 1–5 business days.

Standard Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping within the United States on qualifying orders. Standard delivery typically takes up to 7 business days after your order has been processed.

Order Availability

If one or more items in your order become unavailable, we may, at our discretion:

• Ship the available items separately,
• Cancel the unavailable item(s), or
• Contact you before processing your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns may be dropped off at The Suiterie 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For returned delivered orders, a $5 return processing fee applies. If you request a prepaid return shipping label, we will email one to you. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund and will be $5 or the actual cost of the label, whichever is greater.
